My husband did this even with 25lbs of bricks in a back pack, in combat boots and in a kilt and not one picture of him. Not even a back ground picture. Sure hope there's more pictures to come.
There are a lot of people in this race and it's only been a day… they'll get pictures. Even with 60,000 runners in the Bolder Boulder, I still found pictures of myself.
Yep. Just put your email, name and bib # and they will send you an email when all your pics have been identified. I know as a photographer myself that they must have many thousands of pics to cull thru with a photographer at most of the obstacles snapping pics of almost everyone that hits that obstacle.
Once they find photos of you, they will notify you. You can then peruse the photos and select the ones you would like to buy. It's just like any other online shopping venue, you'll then check out and pay for the photos you selected. Hope this helps.
if you didn't see anything when clicking on buy photos you probably have a popup blocker on. Since it comes up in a new window you'll need to make sure you can open new windows with your browser.
It gave me a box that asked for my email and running number, but there was nothing about paying for the pictures, so I was wondering how that works and how much they cost.
Some of the photographers along the course said that we could go to brightroom.com I believe they said, but nothing has been posted yet that I know of so maybe I heard wrong!
Has anyone seen my friend LARRY — blue shirt, tan shorts, #5132 on his forehead?
He said he spent a lot of time in 'FRICKEN cold water and found mud in parts of his body….. LOL!!!
Great challenge. Something I will never forget and will be telling everyone about for sometime. I hope they make a documentary of it like the organizers of the Leadville 100 did a couple years ago.
wow…I trained for months and there aren't any pictures of my team and myself. I hope more will be posted from the Colorado event! "Where's My Gerbil?" Team!!
Hey Tough Mudders! I was a spectator at the event and took A FEW pictures. You are welcome to look for your pic on my facebook page. Just search 'JGBenson Photography'. They are uploaded in low res but if you send me a message I would be happy to email you the full size for free. No gimmick, I just think you Mudders are rad!
If anyone has any pictures from Beaver Creek, CO –Sunday, June 26th of the Mudder Misfits we would love to see them! Please email knb167@aol.com. Thank you
Can anyone tell me what percentage of colorado mudders finished the race? The east coasters were saying that more of them finished because they were tougher than any of us. I can’t find any numbers anywhere!
My son, Michael and Company thought this was the greatest challenge of toughness, stamina and endurance. They finished in the top 5% and look forward to their next TM run.
I finished at 2:40 and they said I was at top 5% ?? I did all obstacles so not sure if the elevation killed the out of state people? I was not pressing myself that hard as to not injur a bad knee.
Awesome fun
I look back fondly and now that the cuts have healed (for the most part) look forward to next year because this was fun! About the only thing I would change is don't even bother having Brightroom there because they are worthless as far as pictures. We had 5 people on our team and they got 4 pictures of any of us, one was by the finish sign.
For those so gungho on finishing in the top 5%, who cares where you finished, did you take the time to help anyone around you? I thought that was the whole point!!
I agree with those wishing for more pictures. My boyfriend and I had pretty noticeable costumes and many fellow TM'ers told us we looked like the poster for TM. So totally agree Event Bright was pointless; we saw them bringing their equipment off the mountain when the last heat of Colorado went. We were not even at the end of the pack. Then, the facebook bracelet photos were taken in the least exciting spots! Why not by Chernobyl or any water obstacle? Very disheartening to see Event Bright "closing up shop" before we even got going.
I also agree; no need to brag about finishing top 5. LAME. The Larimie Cty fire dept finished almost last….why?…because they helped everyone and anyone who was struggling.
I for one want to thank all those who helped me finish both with physical help and verbal encouragements! Especially my Son without whom I would have never made it over those #@!% walls! Awesome experience!
I did this thing without the use of one arm, I was blown up in Iraq, had a chest flap done and my abdominal walls were removed. This was OK as far as toughness goes, hope next year there will me more challenges. And I agree there should be more pictures, I was not in any of them.
It's interesting that the Colorado TM has no posted videos and very limited photos compared to the other TMs around the country? WTH?? Oh, and twice now I've contributed a photo and it's still not around?
The TM was great, the coverage or recognition has been very disappointing. I give up.
Where are my brother-in-laws Jason and Joe?
hope there's more pictures!

Hi Shawn,
Tried to click on buy photos and the event…nada…not working. any ideas?
you need to type in your information and they will send photos to you once they are uploaded and identified. I just did it and it works just fine.

How do they charge you, there doesn't seem to be any spot for that?

It will be up in a couple days. Next time you could be a spectator, take pics, and be your hubby's support staff! :^)
Where is Childress and all the guys from Austin that said they could do this one. Seems Eric is the only "TOUGHMUDDER"
I'm looking for my daughter Rona. Oh where oh where can she be?
Some of the photographers along the course said that we could go to brightroom.com I believe they said, but nothing has been posted yet that I know of so maybe I heard wrong!
TEAM ROUGHNECK!!!!

well there were like 2,000+ people running so chances of a pic are…slim.
Team Mudder Fudder! Rocks the fuddin and the muddin!
Hands down; one of the most memorable, challenging and fun things I have ever done.
LOVED IT!!!
I have looked through all the pictures i have not seen my Dad Doug Vander Weide i think there are still more pictures to be uploaded.
I hope so…
Have anyone seen my dad Doug's picture? ….LOL

wow…I trained for months and there aren't any pictures of my team and myself. I hope more will be posted from the Colorado event! "Where's My Gerbil?" Team!!
That was an amazing challenge! I'm now so addicted. Great job to all who competed. Looking forward to Brightroom to post all the photos.

JGBensons Photography facebook page has him around number 150

I don't know what was harder…..the Tough Mudder or sorting through the 16,000 pics in Lost and Found to find about 15 or so pics of me and my friends.
My son, Michael and Company thought this was the greatest challenge of toughness, stamina and endurance. They finished in the top 5% and look forward to their next TM run.

Great pics man. Better than brightroom thanks
Still don't see the photo I 'contributed'?
Colorado was one of the harder location due to the elevation and the insane cold river!

By the way, I'm already pre-registered for next year!! Oh yeah Baby!!

I just want to know the race results, percent finished each day. Is Colorado the toughest state or what?
