Starting Time

If you are registered as an individual, you will select your preferred start time during online registration. If you are registered with a team, only the team captain will select a preferred start time. Please note, while we do our best to accommodate this preference, it is not a guarantee. You will be emailed your assigned start time within a week of the event.

Camping

The Brackenridge Park and Campground includes 134 campsites. Most are nestled among the many beautiful, stately oak and pecan trees. There are 36 partial hook-up sites, 82 full hook-up sites and 16 pull-thru sites. The Brackenridge Park and Campground has 4 air conditioned and handicap accessible comfort stations. Each facility has restrooms and showers. There are 2 playgrounds, 9 hole miniature golf, sand volleyball, softball field, soccer field and disc golf.
Full Hook-up: $25.00 per night, each site provides 20, 30, and 50 amp electrical receptacles, water & sewer hookups, picnic table, BBQ grill, and fire ring.

Partial Hook-up: $23.00 per night, each site provides metered 20, 30, and 50 amp electrical receptacles, water hookup, picnic table, BBQ grill, and fire ring.

The Main Event Center Camping has 54 full hook-up sites on a gravel pad located just south/west of the Main Event Center.

Full Hook-up: $20.00 per night, each site provides 20, 30, and 50 amp electrical receptacles, water & sewer hookups.

Post Party

After you finish the course, grab a beer and hang out with your fellow Mudders. There’ll be a band and lots of food for sale.

Tough Mudder will also be offering tattoos of our bad-ass logo to all finishers who truly want to commemorate their epic achievement. They are on a first come, first serve basis and tattooed participants will receive one free entry to the Tough Mudder of their choice. Be sure to customize it by having the event date and location put on–keep adding as you go to record all your epic Mudder adventures.

Prize Ceremony

All categories of prizes awarded at the prize-giving ceremony are given equal weight in recognition of the fact that the ethos of the event is rooted in the competition rather than the time.

Tough Mudder Tattoos

A voucher for a tattoo of our logo will be available on event day to anyone tough enough to want one. The voucher will be redeemable at a local tattoo parlor and will allow the participant for entry into the Tough Mudder event of their choice. Remember, they are on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to get there early.

There are no monetary prizes at Tough Mudder. However, the top 5% of all finishers will qualify for World’s Toughest Mudder to be held in 2012.

Photos

Brightroom is our official event photographer, and they aim to take photos of every participant. Photos will be available the following Wednesday after the event. They can be purchased here.
