Wisconsin – Sat July 23 & Sun July 24, 2011
7/28: Our TM Wisconsin photos are now up! Browse the event photos by clicking here.
7/22: Wisconsin Mudders–Please read this important information carefully:
1. It will be incredibly hot tomorrow, be sure to hydrate well before participating and take full advantage of the water stations throughout the course.
2. When driving to Devil’s Head Resort tomorrow, your GPS will try to take you on a ferry. Do not take the ferry, as there will be major delays. Simply follow the road around the lake.
3. There is a high chance of lightning tomorrow. We are doing our very best to ensure that things run smoothly and taking all proper precautions to put your safety first.
In the case of an evacuation, you will hear a siren on the course. Immediately leave the course, and find the nearest possible shelter at the base or in your car.
We really want you to participate in Tough Mudder, but safety is our first priority. Following an evacuation and pending safe conditions, we may push all start waves back and then proceed chronologically. If you do not get to cross to finish line tomorrow because of weather conditions, we will either a) give you entry into Sunday’s event, or b) give you free entry into the Tough Mudder of your choice. You will earn your orange headband.
Thank you for your understanding on this matter, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow at Probably the Toughest Event on the Planet.
