Dirty Ballerina

Orange tutus optional.

Leap with the grace of a muddy black swan over one and a half meter wide mud pits – they start out that wide, anyway. The tracks of your fellow Mudders℠ will erode the sides into jagged-edged muddy pits. If you stumble, you’ll have to crawl out. Suck it up: you know there’s no room for prima donnas on a Tough Mudder course.

Tough Mudder Tips

Stay light on your feet.
Be as nimble as you can and try to get as much speed as you can between jumps. Good luck: there’s usually only about ten feet of ground between the pits.

DO GOOD. FEEL GOOD.

Volunteering at a Tough Mudder event isn't just about giving back — it's about pushing Mudders forward. With helping hands, words of encouragement and an attitude as positive as the day's atmosphere, volunteers ensure that no Mudder gets left behind.
