Log Jammin’

It’s over and under – over and over.

Climb over and crawl under large logs stacked at varying heights. Sound easy to you? Tell that to your tired, sore muscles. Our Course Designers purposely put this 20 meter long, 12 meter wide obstacle at a point in the course when you’d probably rather lie down.

September 27 & 28, 2014

Capital Region, there will be mud.

Tough Mudder Tips

Watch your head.
Log Jammin’ is all about coordination and a strong set of quads. It’s not a race, so take the time to watch your head when you’re going under the logs. Stretching helps get over the massive trunks.

Volunteering at a Tough Mudder event isn't just about giving back — it's about pushing Mudders forward. With helping hands, words of encouragement and an attitude as positive as the day's atmosphere, volunteers ensure that no Mudder gets left behind.
