It’s over and under – over and over.
Climb over and crawl under large logs stacked at varying heights. Sound easy to you? Tell that to your tired, sore muscles. Our Course Designers purposely put this 20 meter long, 12 meter wide obstacle at a point in the course when you’d probably rather lie down.
Burpees. Lots of burpees.
Box Jumps: Do 3 rounds of 15 jumps.
Air Squats: Do as many reps as possible for 20 seconds on, then take 10 seconds off. Repeat 8 times.
Tough Mudder Tips
Watch your head.
Log Jammin’ is all about coordination and a strong set of quads. It’s not a race, so take the time to watch your head when you’re going under the logs. Stretching helps get over the massive trunks.
