Speed and upper body strength are a must when trying to tackle Lumberjacked. You’ll have to jump over a series of 1.5 meter high log hurdles. Be sure to give a boost to any struggling Mudders℠ you see along the course.
Box Jump Overs: Do 4 rounds of 10 reps.
Dips: Do 4 rounds of 10 reps.
Push-Ups: Do 3 rounds of 10 reps.

Jump onto the hurdles to get over them. Forget splinters, these giant toothpicks are solid wood and you’ll have to use all your upper body and core strength to conquer them.
