T-Minus 30 is for beginner to advanced athletes. Each workout video highlights a ‘modifier’ to follow, (amember of the cast doing an easier version of each move), so that no matter your current fitness level, you can get incredible results quickly. He gets you ready for the miles you cover on the course with a run training program focused on building endurance. And to help you conquer the obstacles you’ll face along the way, he’s developed chin-up and pull-up routines that will help you build upper-body and grip-strength, not to mention a lean, carved, athletic physique. If you are training for a Tough Mudder Classic event, the Taper Week program outlines what to eat and how to exercise in the week leading up to your event to help you maximize your performance and results. TV or mobile device with an internet connection Dumbbells: If you’d like, you can use two sets of dumbbells, one lighter and one heavier, but one set will work if that’s what you have. Exercise mat and a chin-up bar are optional. How many workouts are in T-Minus 30? Tough Mudder T-Minus 30 features 21 unique workouts over 30 days—five days a week of work, and one day of mobility. If you’re training for a Tough Mudder, Hunter also recommends run training two to three days a week and grip-strength training one to two days a week in addition to the main workouts. Remember, if you’re doing the 5K event, less training is needed, but recommended if you are looking to push yourself harder throughout the course.
