Being a Mudder℠ is all about taking on the obstacles in your life and the enormous sense of accomplishment that you feel when you overcome them.

1. It’ll be here before you know it.

Mudder season kicks off in just a few weeks on March 7th with Tough Mudder Gulf Coast. Lucky for you, however, there’s still plenty of time to get on a training regimen to prepare for a Tough Mudder event near you before the coming price increases at midnight on January 29.

In addition to tackling dozens of adrenaline-inducing obstacles, on Tough Mudder event day, Mudders must also run through a gauntlet of emotions. From start line nerves to finish line euphoria, the emotions that Mudders experience are as diverse and exhilarating as the obstacles themselves.

And while every Mudder journey is unique, there are three moments you’re absolutely guaranteed to have on a Tough Mudder course.

Sticking to New Year’s resolutions ain’t pretty. Sadly, our December ambition often fails to meet our January commitment. But 2015 is going to be different. Why? Cause Mudder Nation is in your corner, and we’re here to show you five surefire ways to stick to your 2015 resolutions--whatever they may be.

1. Because you can

With the right mentality and the right team, anyone can reach the finish line--all it takes is audacity to say “I’ll try,” just like these motivating Mudders of 2014.

In 2014, more women took on Tough Mudder than any other year in TM  history. Inspired by their strength, commitment and ability to prove that “Mudder” knows no gender, we’re here to run down some of our most inspiring on-course photos of female Mudders this year.

Paying it Forward

The holiday season is a great time to get together with family, friends and loved ones and reflect on all the things that made 2014 amazing. Here at TMHQ, Mudder Nation is a part of our family. When we think back on all the determination and teamwork we saw out there on the course this year, it makes us proud. Like, “your-mom-when-you-got-A’s-on-your-report-card” proud.
