When he was a child, Rob Leboy remembers walking the neighborhood collecting cans with his grandfather, so they could afford to buy bread. The hardships Rob faced as a child weren’t just financial, however. Because of his low-income status, Rob was bullied at school, and throughout his youth, every day seemed like a struggle.

10. 'FIRE IN YOUR HOLE' IS AS INSANE AS IT LOOKS
Ominously looming over the Tough Mudder course, this fire-breathing beast of an obstacle, the crown jewel of Legionnaire’s Loop, is accessible only to Mudder Legionnaires-- Mudders with one or more previous Tough Mudder finishes.
On most days, Vegas’ boldest gamblers are found in exclusive high roller rooms or at no-limit tables behind heavily-guarded, back-alley doors. On November 16, 2014, however, Sin City’s most fearless risk-takers will assemble at Lake Las Vegas for one of the world’s most insane endurance races—World’s Toughest Mudder.
For the first time ever, World’s Toughest Mudder, the military obstacle course endurance race to determine which man, woman and team can cover the most miles of course in 24 hours, will be held in the sweltering heat of the Nevada desert.
In addition to tackling dozens of adrenaline-inducing obstacles, on Tough Mudder event day, Mudders must also run through a gauntlet of emotions. From start line nerves to finish line euphoria, the emotions that Mudders experience are as diverse and exhilarating as the obstacles themselves.

Thien-than C su-Chet’s (aka “TNT”) favorite Tough Mudder course is Raceway Park, home to Tough Mudder Tri-State. Ask him why, and he’ll tell you that it’s storied, gritty, rugged and demands absolute respect.
