While every Tough Mudder course has a “no whining” policy, this year, we have no choice but to be a little lax on this rule. The reason? Cry Baby-- Tough Mudder’s latest tearjerker of an obstacle that stirred up a media frenzy earlier this year.

An enclosed structure filled with a (safe) tear gas-like concoction brewed by our mad-minded course team, Cry Baby will have your eyes flowing with tears of, um, laughter--yeah, laughter.

Two weeks ago, during the great northeast snowshow, we challenged Mudders to capture their outdoor workout and upload it using #SnowMudder. For a half-decade, thousands upon thousands of children have witnessed their parents and grandparents; uncles and aunts; babysitters and teachers boldly traverse Tough Mudder’s 10 to 12-mile obstacle course.

They’ve watched on in inspiration with one thing in mind: When will it be my turn?

This year, however, we’re silencing the are-we-there-yets with the release of Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder, the very first kid-sized obstacle course of its kind.
