King of the Mountain
Last one up buys the first round.
This obstacle will take you back to grade school: who didn’t want to be the King of the Mountain on the playground? Except this adult version is 5 meters high and you have to help Mudders℠ up, not knock them off. Climb to the top and bask in your hay-fever-induced glory together before figuring out how the hell to make it back down. Seriously.
Pull-Ups (attempt to get your chest to the bar): Do 4 rounds of 6 reps.
Box Jumps: Do 3 rounds of 15 jumps.
Weighted Box Step-Up (with 10kg in each hand): Do 3 rounds of 10 reps on each leg.`
