Want in on some course crushing Tough Mudder action but your usual squad can’t make it? We’ve got your back in 2019 with our all new Solo Runner Wave, made up of Mudders like you who are looking to team up, tackle the course, and forge a new team in the mud. You might come alone, but snag a spot in a Solo Runner Wave and you’ll be leaving with a massive new muddin’ crew.

How to Join
Whether you are already registered or thinking about signing up, here is what you need to do.
How to Join Pre-Event
STEP 1
Register for your event.

STEP 2
Once registered, navigate to MY ACTIVE EVENTS and select “Join Team”.

STEP 3
Search the team names below based on which event/day you are registered for:

Solo Runners 5K Saturday
Solo Runners Classic Saturday
Solo Runners 5K Sunday
Solo Runners Classic Sunday

**Note team search is case sensitive.
What to Do on Event Day
Whether pre-registered for our Solo Runners Wave or not, identify yourself as a solo runner on event day. How you ask?

STEP 1
Show up on site at event day ready to kick ass and make new friends on course.

STEP 2
Go through registration and let our staffers know you are running solo. Get a special “Solo Runner Wave sticker” and find your new teammates at the start line.

STEP 3
Make sure to high five your fellow solo runners and finish stronger than you started, with new Mudder friends.
