Looking for a 30 day workout challenge?

We’ve once again teamed up with the fitness streaming platform, Openfit, to create the ultimate 30 day workout challenge.  Whether you’re training for a Tough Mudder 5K, the Tough Mudder Classic event or just want to commit to daily training, this program will motivate you to get moving.

Tough Mudder T-Minus 30 is a 30-day workout program designed by Openfit trainers and Tough Mudder Pro, Hunter McIntyre. It’s designed to improve your strength, endurance, speed, and mobility and get you in shape in just 30 days.

WHY T-MINUS 30?

As we go through these unprecedented times, there are two things that stand out: community and accountability. The T-minus 30 program offers an online community where you’ll find motivation and inspiration from those around you doing the same workout as you. Everybody follows the same schedule, so you take rest days together, train hard together, and push the limit together.

But there is also accountability. It’s great to have goals that we work toward on our own. But sometimes, it’s better to have a friend or group that’s checking in on your daily, holding you accountable, and pushing you to go further.

WHO IS T-MINUS 30 FOR?

It’s for anyone who is training for a Tough Mudder event or for those who are looking for a 30 day workout challenge that is guaranteed to get you in awesome shape with a community of people to hold you accountable.

T-Minus 30 is for beginner to advanced athletes. Each workout video highlights a ‘modifier’ to follow, (a member of the cast doing a different version of each move), so that no matter your current fitness level, you can get incredible results quickly. If you start the program with the modified version, we recommend doing a second 30 day challenge at the intermediate level to see even more progress.

HOW WILL T-MINUS 30 GET ME READY FOR A TOUGH MUDDER?

Hunter has taken everything he’s learned while training for (and winning) Tough Mudder championships and created specialized routines designed to help you not only cross the finish line, but also achieve your best possible performance.

Hunter also shares his inside tips for hydration, fuel, proper footwear, and even what clothes to bring along on the big day.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO T-MINUS 30?

  1. TV or mobile device with an internet connection
  2. Dumbbells or some kind of weight set. If you do not have dumbbells, you can always substitute with water bottles or other household items.
  3. Exercise mat is optional.

HOW MANY WORKOUTS ARE IN T-MINUS 30?

Tough Mudder T-Minus 30 features 21 unique workouts over 30 days—five days a week of work, and one day of mobility. You can do the program at any time, but the Facebook group kicks off April 27. In this group, you will find a community of people who are doing the same workout challenge on the same days, holding each other accountable, all building up to your in-home Tougher Together Event.
