How Can I Use My Pass?
After purchasing your Season Pass, or Trifecta Pass , you’ll be able to view your purchase in your Ticketsocket account.
You must purchase the pass under the email address you intend to register under. Season Passes are non-transferable and will automatically be applied at checkout.
Follow the instructions below to register for an event with your Trifecta Pass.
1. Login to your Ticketsocket Account.
2. Once logged into your account, locate your Trifecta Pass in the Your Account tab.
3. Copy Trifecta Pass Redemption code.
a. Your Trifecta Pass code begins with TMTRIFECTA.
4. Select the register button and choose the event you would like to attend from the applicable options.
6. On the next page select your ticket type and enter your Trifecta Pass code into the Coupon Code box and select Checkout at the bottom of the page.
7. Review your order details and then select Complete.
8. Once completed you can view your events in your Ticketsocket account.

I already have a Lifetime Pass or earned my Season Pass as a Tough Mudder Ambassador. Do I get the perks as well?
Yes.
Will I have to pay a processing fee on top of the total of my Tough Mudder Season Pass at checkout?
No, the price advertised on the Tough Mudder Season Passes page is the price you will pay at checkout. You will, however, need to pay the $12 parking & bag check fee + the Admin/Insurance/Mgmt Fee/Processing Fees at checkout when registering for individual events
Do I need to pay for parking and bag drop if I’m a passholder?
Yes. All passholders, just like regular ticket holders, will pay for parking & bag drop at the point of registration. When you redeem your pass on Active.com, you’ll be presented with a $0 registration + the $12 parking & bag check fee + the Admin/Insurance/Mgmt Fee/Processing Fees at checkout.
When will I get my perks?

Can my Season Pass be used for Canadian events?
Absolutely. However due to system limitations you will not be able to use your Race Pass on Canadian events immediately after purchasing. We will be loading your Race Pass codes into the Canadian events once per week, therefore please allow a week after your purchase so that your code is properly loaded. If you do have any issues registering for a Canadian event 10 days after purchasing please email [email protected] for assistance.
Are there any age restrictions in order to purchase any of the Tough Mudder Season Pass options?
Yes. You must be 16 on the day of the first event to sign up for a Season Pass; 18 to sign up for a Trifecta Pass.
What are the terms and conditions?
•Valid for 2026 Tough Mudder Season Pass & Trifecta Pass.
•Season Pass: Valid for entry to any Tough Mudder 5K and 15K event held in the North America during the 2026 calendar year. When purchased before 31 December 2025, included with 2026 Season Pass purchase are one (1) free spectator pass per event you have registered for with your Season Pass and up to five (5) discounted Buddy Passes for 5K events at $89 each. Additional Benefits: $100 off One-time, online Merchandise Purchase & VIP customer support.
•Trifecta Pass: Valid for one (1) 5K, one (1) 15K, and one (1) Infinity event held in the North America during the 2026 calendar year. If purchased before December 31, 2025, the Trifecta Pass includes one (1) free spectator pass per event registered with the Trifecta Pass. Additional Benefits:$50 off one-time, online merchandise purchase & VIP Customer Support.
•Spectator Pass: 1 per event weekend registered
All benefits and perks will be valid from January 2026.
All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Taxes and fees are included in the price. All passes exclude any additional add-on products or transfer fees.
