Motivation Check:
Today, we are officially 7 weeks into the new year. We’ve committed to 2021, we’re training regularly, meeting goals, eating well, and getting back on the wagon each time we fall off. It’s not an easy road, but it’s a reliable one.
If you’re on this page, you’re here for a reason. Whether you’re deciding whether to commit to a Tough Mudder event in 2021 or you just want to accomplish your fitness goals, you’re actively doing the work to better yourself physically and mentally. Congrats: you are here.

What’s Next?
To help you stay consistent, Tough Mudder has put together a list of milestones to hold you accountable to your goals. Think of it as a roadmap. Use it to track your progress in miles, instead of pounds. Find motivation in biking, hiking, climbing, and releasing endorphins. Embrace the burn. Have fun with the process and if you give it a chance, you’ll find you can’t live without it.
And Then What?
At a certain point the only thing to do is level up. If you’re feeling the need to take on a larger challenge, overcome bigger hurdles, and see what you’re made of, consider committing to the Equinox Ultra on March 20.
On the Spring Equinox (the point in the year and day and night are exactly the same length), we’ll be hosting a virtual run that goes all through the day. Think you could move for 12 hours straight? Join Mudders around the world as we take on multiple challenges and miles in the course of 12 hours.
If you’ve been craving a bigger challenge, this one is for you.
Take What You Want And Leave The Rest
