Kate Cline is a registered dietitian and functional nutritionist who specializes in helping athletes with inflammatory and GI related issues. Kate is also the host of the Gut Check podcast.

Kate Cline had always been an active person, but after a series of injuries, she was starting to feel demotivated. She had a back injury that led to four years of pain, a meniscus tear, a dislocated shoulder, and arthritis. She was finally able to start running again. But then she severely sprained her ankle. Kate was starting to feel like she would never catch a break. Her boyfriend told her that she didn’t know how to quit, and she realized that he was right. She had always been a fighter, and she wasn’t going to let her injuries stop her. Kate was determined to recover.

She and host Sean Corvelle talk about:
