Jen Widerstrom on Training, Nutrition, and Motivation (35:56)

Arriving to the course solo, Jen relied on the help of Mudder Nation to get over teamwork driven obstacles like Everest and Block Ness. When asked what her advice to first time Mudders would be Widerstrom said, “Get out of your head. At 73 years old, Steven proves that being a Mudder has nothing to do with age and everything to do with sheer determination. And that there are no limitations to what you can do as long as you put your mind to it (and have a pull-up bar in your house).
