Tough Mudder Kids is a brand new, adventure-inspired kids obstacle course recommended for children ages 5-12. Junior Mudders of all abilities now have the chance to take on their own version of the legendary Tough Mudder course and learn the benefits of teamwork, communication and overcoming obstacles on an un-timed, non-competitive course. Each Kids event format has one goal in mind: MUDDY FUN.
1. Gets Them Out Of The House
It’s time to get the kids off of their tablets and onto the course. Whether they are a Mini Mudder or a Mighty Mudder, this is the perfect way to get them out of the house and do something exciting and active.
2. Teaches Hard Work And Team Building
Just because this is for kids, does not mean it is easy. The Kid’s Tough Mudder course will put their climbing, crawling, and other skills to the test. The obstacles focus on grit, teamwork, and courage all while being fun.
3. Kids Grant Program
Tough Mudder Kids provides kids, of all abilities, the lifelong benefit of building a positive relationship with physical activity, enabling greater self esteem, and focusing on team building skills, through a one-of-a-kind muddy obstacle course experience. You and your organization could win free entries to this experience.
Grant Program Application Criteria:
• Organization directly serves youth between the ages of 5-12
• Organization serves youth in high need communities
• Organization is located in North America

4. Family Adventure
Let’s make this a whole family affair. Each event ticket comes with a spectator ticket, so you have the ability to watch your kids on the course. Family members over the age of 12 could also participate in the Classic or 5K Tough Mudders the same day as the kids. This would also give you an excuse to train together leading up to the day of the event.
5. Bragging Rights And Merch
Who wouldn’t feel like the coolest kid around with their Finisher Shirt and Headband? Disclaimer: You may not be able to get your kid to take off the headband, but it’s worth it.
