How Can I Use My Pass?
“After purchasing your 2-Pack, 3-Pack, Season Pass, or Season Pass + you’ll be able to view your purchase in your Active account.
You must purchase the pass under the email address you intend to register under. Passes are non-transferable.
Follow the instructions below to register for an event with your Race Pass code.
1. Login to your Active Account.
2. Once logged into your account, locate your Race Pass.
3. Select the blue button that says Copy race pass code.
a. Your Race Pass code begins with letters RP, such as RP-XXXXXXXX.
4. Under Available Events select the event you would like to attend.
5. A new window will appear showing the registration menu for the event you selected. Select the event that you would like to participate in and click Continue at the bottom of the page.
6. On the next page enter your Race Pass code (RP-XXXXXXXX) into the Coupon Code box and select Continue at the bottom of the page.
a. Be sure to input your code on this page. It will not work if you try to enter the code on the check-out page.
7. Review your order details and then select Complete.
8. On the order details page, you can select the blue View My Events button on the right hand side to view your event in your Active account.”

I already have a Lifetime Pass or earned my Season Pass as a Tough Mudder Ambassador. Do I get the perks as well?
Yes.
Will I have to pay a processing fee on top of the total of my Tough Mudder Season Pass at checkout?
No, the price advertised on the Tough Mudder Season Passes page is the price you will pay at checkout. You will, however, need to pay the $12 parking & bag check fee + the Admin/Insurance/Mgmt Fee/Processing Fees at checkout when registering for individual events
Do I need to pay for parking and bag drop if I’m a passholder?
Yes. All passholders, just like regular ticket holders, will pay for parking & bag drop at the point of registration. When you redeem your pass on Active.com, you’ll be presented with a $0 registration + the $12 parking & bag check fee + the Admin/Insurance/Mgmt Fee/Processing Fees at checkout.
Can my Season Pass be used for Canadian events?
Absolutely. However due to system limitations you will not be able to use your Race Pass on Canadian events immediately after purchasing. We will be loading your Race Pass codes into the Canadian events once per week, therefore please allow a week after your purchase so that your code is properly loaded. If you do have any issues registering for a Canadian event 10 days after purchasing please email [email protected] for assistance.
Are there any age restrictions in order to purchase any of the Tough Mudder Season Pass options?
Yes. You must be 18 years or older in order to purchase any of the Tough Mudder Season Pass options.
When will I get my perks?
“Codes for Buddy Passes, free spectators, gear discount, or free WTM brunch will be sent you within 3 weeks of your Pass purchase date.
*You will only receive the codes that apply to your Tough Mudder Season Passes purchase.
Season Pass Bibs and Premium Gifts will be available for pick up at events at some point in the first quarter of 2025, we will notify you directly once they are ready for you to pick up at your next event.”

Can I pay for my pass in installments?
Yes, during the checkout process powered by Stripe, you will have the option to pay in installments. You can select one of the listed “Buy Now, Pay Later” providers to receive your pass code immediately but pay for it over time.

Includes (1) World’s Toughest Mudder Brunch 2025 ticket and (1) Spectator Ticket per event. Additional Benefits: Exclusive Pass Apparel (for passes booked before 05/31/2025), 20% off Tough Mudder Merchandise (onsite), Buddy Pass Deal (x5 Tough Mudder 15K at $89 – Expires 01/31/25), VIP customer support, and a $100 Merchandise Credit (one-time use only).
– Season Pass: Valid on ALL U.S. & Canada 2025 Tough Mudder 15K and 5K, restricted to (1) distance per weekend.
