Make Sure Your Team Runs Together
For your team to run together in the same start wave, you will need to have created and joined a team in Active.

If you haven't done this, and your team now has different start times - don't worry. Please head to the Standby section at the Loading Zone.
If you created a team and your team still has different start times then please come to the event for the start wave that the majority of your team has and go to the Mudder Services tent, they will be able to assist.
Please don't contact customer services about start times, we are unable to change start times once they have been allocated but we will always ensure your team can run together.

Safety Information & Waiver
You must be at least 14 years old to participate in a Tough Mudder Classic event and 13 years old to participate in a Tough Mudder 5k event, Mini Mudder excluded. Participants between 13 and 18 years of age must run with a chaperone above the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 13 found running the course will be removed.
- If you feel uncomfortable completing any obstacle, DO NOT attempt it. Every obstacle has a bypass option, and any participant may choose to bypass at any time.
- You must be able to swim 25 meters/yards to attempt water obstacles. Diving is not safe or permitted at any water obstacle, or at any water feature on a Tough Mudder course.
- If you have metal in your body, a pacemaker, or a history of epilepsy, you should not attempt Electroshock Therapy, Entrapment, or any other obstacle containing electric shocks. If you have questions, please speak to the medical staff stationed at the obstacles, or use the available bypass.
If anyone becomes ill or injured while onsite, it is a priority to ensure that medical attention reaches them quickly. If you find someone who is ill or injured on the course path, and no medic or staff is nearby, you should cross your arms above your head to form an “X”. On seeing this signal, participants are asked to repeat this gesture along the course route until it reaches the nearest medics who are able to respond. Further explanation will be provided on event day.
Tough Mudder is equipped to provide basic first aid at its medical tent in the Village area. Ambulances will be on site, and Emergency Medical Technicians will be stationed along the course to care for participants in the event of major medical needs.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
Listen to your body while out on course. Hydrate well in the days before the event, and ensure you stay hydrated on the event day. Take breaks when necessary – and only attempt obstacles if you are comfortable with your ability to overcome that challenge.
Look out for each other! Tough Mudder is about teamwork, not time. Encourage your fellow Mudders to take breaks, stop for water, and take the challenges which are right for them.
