Our official 5 Weeks to Tough Mudder Event Training Program is designed to uniquely prepare you for any Tough Mudder course and distance. Led by certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainers, you’ll be taken from your current fitness level to the start line – ready to tackle all the obstacles the course has in store. It’s like a ‘life hack’ for Tough Mudder.
How it works:
Step 1:

Select the training program for the Tough Mudder event you are attending.
Step 2:

Access the Tough Mudder Hub, receive your weekly training programs, join other participants in the same training program in the coach-led Facebook Group, and start seeing progress everyday.
Step 3:

Train Tough for 5 weeks. Put in the work and follow the plan – you’ll be ready to crush the course.

The Event Training Program come fully equipped to make sure you hit the start line ready to crush the course, no matter which distance (15k, 10k, or 5k) you are taking on.
