You heard right, Tough Mudder 5K Toronto is back in 2019 and it’s the perfect place for you and your crew to let loose and go wild. We’re dropping this epic obstacle packed blowout smack dab in between Toronto, Hamilton, and Buffalo at the beautiful Christie Lake Conservation Area. Wooded trails and wide open fields along a crystal blue lake make this the spot where fun goes to get amped up, and where the muddin’ party never stops.

Tough Mudder 5K is pulling out all the stops for an epic bash so fun you’ll have no choice but to have the time of your life. It all starts and ends in Mudder Village with killer live entertainment, epic games and challenges, authentic local food, and a never ending-supply of Mudder Nation camaraderie. After you’re done crushing the course, the good times keep rolling with a frosty cold finisher beer and your new best friends from course.

Tough Mudder 5K Event Day
Want to run the course at the same time as your friends and family? Make sure to create your team no later than two weeks before the event (two Monday’s prior). If you do not create or join a team by this date, we will not be able to guarantee the same start time for you and your teammates.
Please arrive 45 minutes before your assigned start time to ensure you can park, check in, drop your bag, and get to the Warm Up Zone 20 minutes before your start time. START TIMES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. For more info, visit our FAQ page here.

What to Bring

What to Wear
At all events, we suggest wearing normal running shoes – spikes and cleats are strictly prohibited, but Merrell shoes are highly encouraged. Dress in comfortable clothing (or a costume that will make you more stylish on course) and bring dry clothing to change into once you’re done.
If it’s cold, gloves are recommended. If it’s hot, sunscreen is a necessity. No matter what the weather is, make sure to come hydrated and take advantage of water stations on course.
