Communicate with the Mudder up top to give you a pull up

Whether it’s a boost or fall support, keep an eye out for others in Mudder Nation

Running Start

Hop up to the top and try and use your upper body strength to pull yourself over if you’re tough enough

Lend a hand

Once you have made it ot the top, give another Mudder a hand

How To Conquer
Choose your adventure, Mudder. Get a running start and try to reach the top with your hands (practice your grip strength at home). Or, have a fellow member of Mudder Nation give you a boost with their, knee, back or shoulder. Once you get a firm grip at the top, swing your leg over…propelling your body to follow suit. Make sure to lend a hand to pull another Mudder up and over once you have reached the top.
